Alexis Santil Zabala

Senior Lawyer

Alexis Santil Zabala joins MGA in 2023 as a senior associate attorney. Before joining MGA he worked for the law firms Ulises Cabrera and Melo Martínez y Contín.

Mr. Santil has studies in Constitutional Law, Real Estate Law, and Criminal Law, these being the areas of practice that he usually practices along with labor law, civil law, enforcement procedures, and litigation in general, among others.

In the Dominican banking field, he has assisted in the legal representation of several financial intermediation entities in various real estate seizure processes, registered rights litigation, constitutional actions for protection, criminal proceedings, civil liability claims, among others. He has also participated in the legal representation of the largest insurance companies in the country.
