Leidy Aracena Minaya is an attorney with extensive experience in criminal, civil, labor, and administrative litigation. She graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE). Since 2020, she has been part of Medina Garnes Abogados, where she has advised and represented clients in administrative processes for public tenders, negotiations of transactional agreements in the electrical engineering sector for private companies, large-scale real estate litigation, contracts for tourism and hotel projects, and criminal trials related to economic and banking crimes. She has also provided advice and representation to multinational companies in labor matters, both in consulting and litigation. In addition, she served as a legislative advisor in the Senate of the Dominican Republic in criminal matters, contributing to the analysis and development of regulatory proposals in this area. She holds a Master's degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure and recently completed a second Master's degree in Corporate Social Responsibility and ESG in Madrid, Spain. Her comprehensive approach to law has allowed her to combine her litigation experience with a strategic vision of regulatory compliance and risk management, as well as the legal and ethical impact in the business sector.

She worked for the Institutional Business department at an investment bank in Madrid, focused on the development of technological tools to optimize the marketing of financial assets. Her main focus was on the management of investment portfolios for institutional clients and regulatory compliance.
